Invitotte in facts and prices
Invitotte is an online invitation tool from the Minibon family. You make a card, share a link, your guests RSVP in one tap and you follow the replies live. Here is what it does, what it costs and what it doesn't do.
What the tool does
- Make an invitation card: title, host, message, date and time, venue, address, dress code, photo, theme, colour, font and emoji.
- Share it as a link (WhatsApp, text message, email, team chat). The link never changes, even when you edit the card.
- Guests reply yes, no or maybe in one tap, with no account and no app, and can change their answer with the same link.
- Live RSVP tracking in a dashboard; the host can also set a guest's answer by hand.
- Plus-ones with a maximum per guest, an RSVP deadline, and a guest list shown to guests or kept private.
- Open link (anyone with the link can reply) or list only, with a personal link for each guest.
- Custom questions (free text or multiple choice): 1 on the free plan, 5 with Invitotte+, 10 with Big event and Pro.
- "Add to my calendar" button and directions for guests.
- Optional shared photo album: it opens 2 hours before the event, guests upload photos in original quality, everyone can download everything, and it is all erased 3 days after the event.
- 12 themes, 5 of them free; premium themes come with Invitotte+ and above.
- One language per invitation (French or English): the card and the guest page use that language.
- Excel/CSV export of replies from Invitotte+ up: name, email, reply, plus-ones, answers to questions, note and reply date.

Limits
- No RSVP by text message sent by Invitotte: you send the link from your own phone.
- No emails sent by Invitotte for now (neither invitations nor reminders): you share the link and remind guests yourself, with the general link or each guest's personal link.
- No built-in money pot or gift fund: you can paste a link to one in the message.
- No printing: Invitotte makes online invitations. For a paper card, add a QR code pointing to the link.
- One language per invitation (French or English).
- The photo album is permanently erased 3 days after the event, and the event and its replies 12 months after its date.

Frequently asked questions
Is Invitotte free?
Yes, for up to 10 guests, with a small "Made with Invitotte" badge. Beyond that, Invitotte+ costs €9.90 once for the event, with no subscription.
Do guests see ads?
No. The guest page shows no ads and is not indexed by search engines.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you can request one from your account within 14 days.
Do guests need an account to reply?
No. They open the link and reply in one tap, with no account and no app.
